POLICIES

Below are the terms and conditions that have been carefully written and placed to protect YOU (‘THE CLIENT/ CUSTOMER’) and MYSELF (‘ISmile Designs’). It is recommended that you view these terms prior to purchasing or contacting me for projects. By purchasing any services from ISmile Designs, the client is agreeing to all terms and conditions written below. It is the responsibility of the client to be clear of the term and conditions.

CANCELLATION AND EXPIRATION

After 20 days of no communication, there will be a $25 restart fee. After 30 days of no communication, your project (deals, credits, and/or free offers) is forfeited and no refund shall be issued. If the client cancels the order for any reason the project is forfeited and can only be restarted by paying the full amount of service previously canceled.

TURNAROUND TIME

All artwork takes 7-14 Business days. This includes logos, flyers, business cards, etc. During peak/ busy times. There may be an extension in the design turnaround of 1-3 business days, weekends and holidays are not included in the time frame of any project. The turnaround time for all graphic design services begins when a full advance payment has been made and all content (I.E. images, pictures, bio, information, links, etc) for the design project has been supplied by the client.

COMMUNICATION

All communication will be done through email. Text messages and phone calls are no longer accepted. If you wish to chat via phone, you must schedule a day & time with the designer first. Ismile Designs works consistently to get orders out. Please be advised there will be no contact once your order has been submitted or during the creation period of your design. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER IS NOT BEING WORKED ON OR HAS BEEN OVERLOOKED. For new inquiries, please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

BUSINESS HOURS

Business hours are Monday – Friday 10am-6pm

All emails sent after business hours will be answered the following business day. No work will be completed over the weekend and holidays.

PROJECTS

Any last-minute or day of projects will not be accepted. Projects can take up to 3-14 days to complete depending on the complexity of the project. Please plan accordingly as rush orders are not accepted.

All deposits and final payments are non-refundable your deposit will serve as a cancellation fee if you decide to no longer use my service or are unhappy with the work once the design has been started.

The client must provide all info requested for the project in a timely manner. If you do not send project content within 72 hours of booking your service, your spot will be forfeited and you will have to reschedule your project for a later date.

I have the right to decline any project at any moment for any reason and refund you the deposit if work has not started. I have the right to decline any project if I feel like your project cannot be accomplished.

COMPLETION + CLIENT RESPONSE

There are three revisions limit only. When that limit is reached, there will be a fee required per additional revision of $15. It is imperative to have a vision of some sort for your brand. Please keep in mind that when you ask me to freestyle our visions may not match. This can lead to multiple revisions and sometimes disagreements between the customer and me. It is best to have a least a small concept so that the designer has something to work with. Having a small vision such as the colors, font choices, or the entire look you’re going to make a big difference.

PHOTOS & IMAGES

Camera phone pictures and snap chat pictures are not accepted for any project.

DESIGN DELIVERY

Professional photography photos from a professional photoshoot are preferred and required for website design. If you need stock images you will be responsible for providing your own or pay $3 per image using All designs are made with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere pro. All finalized logos will include PNG (transparent background), JPG, PDF, and a vector file upon request. At no point in time will any AI and PSD files be sent.

PAYMENT AND REFUND

For projects under $200, payment must be in full. All projects over $200 require a 50% non-refundable deposit beforehand. Balance due upon completion. Payment should be made in the method and manner specified by ISmile Designs. ISmile accepts payments made via Paypal, e-transfer, certified cheques, and bank transfers. All projects are subject to a complete 100% non-refundable payment from the client. Please understand that under no circumstance can a refund be given especially after work (including proofs) has been issued and/or labor has begun. If for any reason client cancels services, no payment shall be reimbursed and becomes forfeited by the client. Once promotional items have been shipped and delivered. No refund shall be reimbursed unless items are defective.
